Terms & Conditions

Prices:

Prices given in Swiss Francs (CHF). Prices are all-inclusive as we are VAT (Mehrwert-Steuer or MwSt) exept and Ruschein does not levy a tourism tax.

Check-in / Check-out:

Rooms are available as of 2 pm and have to be vacated no later than 11 am. We will store your baggage for later retreval.

Time of Arrival:

Should you check in after 6pm, we would appreciate your informing us of an approximate time of arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out require prior arrangement. Without notice of a late check-out we will charge another night after 11 am.

Reservationen:

Reservationen for three and more days require a partial prepayment of one half of the total price. In winter the remaining half is due two weeks prior to your arrival.

Cancelation:

Up to three weeks prior to arrival you can cancel at no charge.
Later cancellations or a No Show implies a charge of up to three nights.

Rentals after cancelation:

We will try to rent cancelled rooms in order to lower your loss.
